How to request deletion
To delete your AIMX One account and the data associated with it, email us from the address you signed in with:
Subject: AIMX One account deletion request
Sending the request from your registered email address lets us verify that the account is yours. We will confirm by email once the deletion is complete.
What is deleted
- Your AIMX One account on our server.
- The registration details held with it: email address, name, phone number, and academy name and address.
- Any active sign-in sessions for the account.
What is kept
We may retain records we are required to keep by law, such as order and invoice records for hardware purchases, for the period the law requires. These are not used for any other purpose.
Data stored on your device
Shooter profiles, sessions, and scores are stored only on your device and are never sent to our servers. To remove them, uninstall AIMX One or clear the app's storage in your device settings.
