Refund Policy

1. Overview

At AimX, we are committed to delivering high-quality precision hardware and software. This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of AimX hardware products (including the AimX Echo electronic scoring target) and any paid plans or services associated with the AIMX One application.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Hardware Products (AimX Echo)

2.1 Eligibility for Return

Hardware returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product is in its original, unused condition.
  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation are included.
  • The item shows no signs of physical damage, tampering, or installation.
  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is provided.

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been installed, calibrated, or used in a live shooting session.
  • Products with physical damage caused by misuse, negligence, or accident.
  • Items returned without prior written approval from AimX.
  • Custom or bulk orders placed under institutional or club agreements.

2.3 Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective or was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@aimxscore.com with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you.

2.4 Warranty

AimX Echo hardware comes with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

3. Software & Application (AIMX One)

3.1 Free Application

AIMX One is currently available as a free download on Android. No payment is collected through the application at this time, and therefore no refund is applicable for the app itself.

3.2 Future Paid Features

Should any paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases be introduced in the future, a specific refund policy for those will be clearly communicated at the point of purchase. In general, digital purchases are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the purchase was unauthorized.

4. Refund Process

To initiate a return or refund request:

  • Email us at info@aimxscore.com with subject line "Refund Request — [Your Order ID]".
  • Include your order number, the reason for return, and supporting photographs if applicable.
  • Our team will respond within 3 business days with instructions on how to proceed.
  • Approved returns must be shipped (at your cost) within 5 days of approval confirmation.

Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping charges incurred during the original purchase are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

5. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled without penalty within 24 hours of placement, provided the item has not been shipped. To cancel, contact us immediately at info@aimxscore.com. Once an order has been dispatched, the standard return process applies.
